1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and any free gifts must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


2. Initiating a Return

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

  • Shipping charges (including original shipping) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item (for example, a different size or colour):

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once the original item is received and inspected, the exchanged item will be shipped based on availability.

  • You may be responsible for additional shipping charges for the new item.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue.

We will evaluate the issue and offer either:

  • A replacement,

  • A refund, or

  • Store credit, when applicable.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Sale or clearance items marked as β€œfinal sale”

  • Undergarments, hygiene products, or accessories
